 Marsa Zayed project, named in memory of the late President of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, is located in Aqaba, Jordan’s only coastal city. 

  As the largest mixed-use development project in Jordan, the 3.2 km site stretches over half the downtown area and includes prime waterfront space that will offer expansive retail, recreational, entertainment, and business districts. Marsa Zayed is set to become one of Jordan's touristic landmarks and a welcoming gateway to Aqaba.

  Marsa Zayed is currently in its first phase of development, which includes two major components: the Sheikh Zayed Masjid, a large, ornate mosque on the northern end of the project that was completed in August 2014, and Al Raha Village, a peaceful, residential neighborhood on the southern edge of Marsa Zayed.
